Order Cancellations
Need to cancel? If your order hasn't been processed yet, we can cancel it.
• For the best chance of cancellation, email us within 12 hours of ordering at info@lumairenova.com.
• If your order has already shipped, we'll help you complete a return once it arrives.
Damaged/Defective Goods
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you can choose a full refund or a replacement at no cost.
Please email us before sending anything back so we can verify the issue and provide return instructions: info@lumairenova.com.
Returning Your Order
To return an order, we'll provide the shipping warehouse address and step-by-step instructions after we approve your request. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.
To start a return, email info@lumairenova.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you the return address and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Receiving & Processing Your Return
After your package arrives at our warehouse, please allow 24-48 hours for inspection. Once your item passes quality inspection, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
